Halloween costume contest & photo shoot fundraiser
On Halloween, October 31st from 2:00 to 6:00 we’ll be photographing children in their costumes. For a donation of a canned good item or $5, you’ll receive a free 4×5 with our custom designed border. All proceeds will be going toward the Tri-City’s Annual Empty Stocking Fund. (One free 4×5 per family)
